This unit of the Transformational Leadership Development Program will focus on leadership styles and frameworks to best connect with our stakeholders and make optimal decisions rather than perfect ones.
We’ll discuss the difference between strategy development and strategic planning, check in our own mental and physical health, explore narrative structures for sharing information with our teams, and unpack how we use symbology to communicate across physical and cultural boundaries.
