NASCA engaged chief administrators and corporate partners around critical considerations and pointed to guiding principles to be considered when restoring basic functions and maintaining operations. 

   States May Consider:

   -Enhance fleet sterilization and hygiene
   -Protect drivers and technicians of state fleet
   -Provide guidance on how to respond to safety protocols
   -Stagger mailroom employees' schedules
   -Update interoffice mail procedures for a dispersed workforce
   -Consider limiting access to surplus warehouse
   -Expect increased signage and printing requests
   -Plan for negative impact to parking revenue
   -Increase building safety and security
   -Communicate suspended activities
