The safety of the members and attendees is of utmost importance to NASCA. NASCA will work with the Westin Hotel and the appropriate entities on the federal, state and local levels to ensure safety measures are being met and that our attendees feel safe. Located in downtown Annapolis, the Westin Annapolis is approximately 30 minutes from the Baltimore/Washington International Airport (BWI).
The hotel cut-off date is March 28, 2022 to make reservations. If you need any assistance with your hotel reservations, please contact Will Engle at [email protected]. State Chief Administrators/Proxy, Individuals using Plus Membership Benefit: NASCA will make your room reservations based on the dates submitted in your registration. NASCA will send out hotel confirmation emails 10 days prior to the event. The NASCA room block at the Westin Annapolis is valid April 26-29. Rates are extended three days pre- and post-event. If you are interested in extending your stay at the Westin, the additional nights will be paid on your own. Your $450 travel reimbursement, up to 3 hotel nights and registration to attend the Annual Leadership Conference are included in your state dues. NASCA Annual Leadership Conference participants will receive a special meeting rate of $135.00 per night plus taxes and fees (totaling $152.55 p/n subject to change based on taxes and fees in effect at time of check-out). This charge is billed to the NASCA account. Please plan to present a credit card upon arrival for incidentals. Attendees who cancel reservations less than 72 hours prior to the event will be responsible for providing NASCA with payment for confirmed hotel nights. Please notify wengle@amrms.com in writing if you would like to change or cancel your reservation as soon as possible. Additional nights cannot be guaranteed after the cutoff date, or if the room block is full. All Corporate Partner registrations (Sponsoring, First Look, Another Look, Non-Members, and Invited Guests): All Corporate Partners should book your room reservation here using this link.
